What Temperature can be Dispensed?

9 September 2016
Higher temperature

Ezi-action® Drumpumps are best used at ambient air/liquid temperatures.

Higher temperatures risk softening the plastic and this can affect the pump in a variety of ways including causing the seals to leak.

The main components of the Ezi-action® Drumpump (polypropylene and LDPE) can cope with dishwashing temperatures which is 120F.

We would advise using the Ezi-action® Drumpump in fluid temperatures lower than 120F. Our pumps have been proven for years in industries across the USA and the Americas that require pumping of many types of chemicals, acids, viscous foods and oils. The FDA compliant, impact resistant polypropylene construction of our hand pumps combined with our patented efficient pumping principle means there is no friction to be overcome and no parts to wear or jam.

Please contact our team to discuss whether you conditions could enable higher temperatures to be used.
