Sodium hypochlorite, commonly called chlorine, remains a popular chemical for sanitation, water treatment and swimming pools.

Improving Longevity of Ezi-action® Drumpumps

The constituent sodium hypochlorite is a particularly harsh chemical.

The longevity of the Ezi-action® Drumpumps when used to dispense sodium hypochlorite can be improved by removing the pump from the drum between usage and rinsing with water.

Reducing exposure to UV light can also be advantageous to improving longevity.

ATTENTION:

  • Follow the instructions for Removal and Cleaning of the Ezi-action® Drumpump.
  • The Ezi-action® Drumpump will have a quantity of chemical contained inside it when it is removed.
  • Should stress cracking occur due to use for dispensing sodium hypochlorite this is not covered by the 24 month manufacturer’s warranty on component parts.

Enhanced Safety with Chlorine and Acid Dispensing for Swimming Pools

For dispensing 200 litres of swimming pool chlorine Ezi-action® Drumpumps are increasingly being favoured by pool valet businesses and those responsible for swimming pool maintenance.

Ezi-action® Drumpumps are also excellent for dispensing flocculants, peroxides and acids.

Enhanced safety and measured dispensing means the Ezi-action® Safety Measure is well appreciated in the pool service sector for dispensing acids. Learn more.
